We will schedule your first visit, by appointment only, as our office does not accept walk-in appointments. Since your understanding is vital to the success of your treatment, we will reserve an hour of our periodontist’s time for your first visit. Your questions and participation in this appointment are most welcome.
If treatment is recommended, a treatment plan will be discussed with you to restore your oral health. No periodontal treatment will be completed on the first visit. This appointment is your opportunity to find out about the disease process, treatment options available to you and the risks of seeking no treatment for this disease. You can then make informed decisions regarding your health.
Please bring your current insurance information to this appointment. Our team will check your benefits and give you an estimated out-of-pocket. Keep in mind, your insurance company has the final determination on coverage. Patients are responsible for any balance not covered by insurance and any out of pocket due the day of service.
