We will gladly accept your insurance plan and will file all claims so that you can receive the maximum benefit from the plan your employer has selected for you. Periodontal Specialists is an in network provider for Delta Dental Premier and PPO.
We do have payment plan options and are happy to discuss with you the best option to fit your needs.
Unfortunately, Medicare does not cover any dental treatments at this time. Only medical treatments are covered. Medicaid programs are managed individually by state. Therefore you should contact your dental care provider to determine dental benefits.
