5.  Use a proxa brush

6.  Mouthwash

Mouthwash is a great addition to your tooth brushing routine. It is preferable to do after you are done brushing your teeth so that the freshness of the mouthwash is lasting. Mouthwash helps in reducing your chances of any calculus or plaque build-up and removes bad breath.

7.  Cut back on bad habits
