Medical emergencies in the dental clinic are rare, and often catch the dental team off guard. This seminar will cover the essentials for office equipment, preparation, and managing patients in crisis.
Dental Management of Medically Compromised Patients
Our medically compromised patient population can come in many forms, from diseases to developmental challenges. This lecture will touch on some of the unique considerations for our special patients, and some strategies to help manage the patients.
Dr. Kevin Nakagaki teaching positions include: 15 years as a Dental Clinical Specialists at the U of M, 10 years as Director at the U of M Hospital Dental Clinic, and from 2007-2010 Adjunct Faculty at the U of M.
